Mindfulness is the art of practicing presence in our lives in a non judgmental way with kindness. From this place of greater awareness we develop the ability to respond in skillful ways to the demands of life with less frustration and reactivity.
We will spend the day in silence cultivating the practice of presence. Various practices will be taught including, but not limited to, mindful movement, sitting and walking meditation and mindful eating. This will be an opportunity to deepen a loving relationship with ourselves and our experience; the pleasant and the unpleasant.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion or pillow, lunch and water.
