Children naturally enjoy the movement and playfulness of yoga. In this workshop Lisa helps children develop concentration, imagination, flexibility and coordination in a fun and nurturing environment. She also emphasizes cooperation rather than competition as she guides students through yoga poses including those based on animals and nature.
Lisa takes the time to weave yoga principles such as generosity, truthfulness, peace, self care, self control, self discipline and contentment... just to name a few, into each of her classes ~ all of which are great for any age.
Yoga games, circle time and relaxation are all part of this 8 session workshop.
