Navigating Grief for Parents Who Have Lost Children

Second Sunday of the Month

7:00 - 8:30 pm

This monthly gathering provides support for parents who have had a child (or children) pass away. It is a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space where we can speak freely about our children, our emotions, challenges, friends and relatives, and whatever else comes up. In this space, we can share our experiences without anyone trying to “fix” it or give us advice - unless we ask for it.

We will begin with a 10 minute seated meditation and then let discussion flow freely until 8:30.

Please arrive early to allow time to get settled, as the door will be locked at 7:05pm so as not to interrupt the experience for others.

Group facilitated by Wanda Bryant
