If you were raised to stuff, avoid or otherwise bypass your emotions, you are likely finding them rearing their ugly and more exaggerated heads. Join Angela as she helps you to move through a number of approaches for processing and releasing old emotions that may be stuck in your system. Our issues are in our tissues and clearing said issues is the fastest path to wellness and spiritual growth!
With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Certificate in Holistic Psychology, Angela is NOT a clinical therapist. In accord with current psychological thinking – we will not be reliving our traumas through this process. You’ll be offered tools and appropriate frameworks and boundaries for supporting yourself in processing and releasing your feelings.
